SpeechVox IVR supports all major protocols, including H.323, SIP and MGCP and easily integrates into modern VoIP networks. The product also supports multiple PSTN protocols such as SS7, ISDN/PRI and MFC/R2 to ensure seamless connectivity with virtually any PSTN/SS7 network worldwide.

4. SpeechVox Identifier

Built-in natural language identifier can recognize continuous natural speech with a very large vocabulary of commonly spoken words. It is an advanced type of speech recognition, wherein, it can also interpret and assign meaning to those words and phrases.

5.SpeechVox Adapter

It allows the system to understand, associate and adapt virtually with time, to any response uttered by the caller over a period of time. The new words get added in the database for future use. SpeechVox Adapter helps to analyze the Customer Behavior in understanding how exactly customers navigate through the application and where the flow does not exactly match with how the customer wants to interact.

6. Voice Identifier

Voice Identifier compares live speech samples with the stored voice prints, allowing quick and accurate approval or denial of callers’ identities. For organizations with high call volume, where security needs are high, Voice Identifier enables self-service applications to use voiceprints in place of or in conjunction with other means of authentication, such as TPIN or passwords.

7. Email Reader

It allows customers to access and manage their business emails any time, day or night via mobile or phone. Using voice commands, customers can listen, reply, delete and skip forward and backward through an email. When replying, the system records the user's voice and sends it as a voice file.

8. SpeechVox Broadcaster

SpeechVox Broadcaster is a premium service offered only to customers subscribed for this service. It makes an outcall to the customer and gives a three minute update of the transactions performed during the day/week/month similar to listening Radio news. It helps your customers to keep up to date information on the happenings and plan their business.

9. Nick Namer

A unique feature of SpeechVox IVR, which allows the customers to nick name their profiles. Nicknames make it easy to keep track of accounts, and make the caller profiles a bit more personal. To set-up nicknames, the customer can simply select the profile and give a name to it. The nickname will be logged against the profile and the customer will have the option to enter or say the nickname of the profile to login.

10. SpeechVox Recorder

It allows recording of voice interactions between the SpeechVox IVR and the caller. Call Recording is a very valuable feature in a large call volume business environment that requires high security and high quality. It also helps to ensure a positive caller experience by analyzing live caller behavior and fine-tuning the speech applications accordingly.

11. SpeechVox Communicator

SpeechVox Communicator is a powerful feature that communicates with all the delivery channels like email, chat, web, SMS etc. It searches for any recent failed or pending transactions. If there is any, the SpeechVox transporter engine provides an option for the caller to complete the failed transactions or to continue with other services.

12. Fast Dial

Fast Dial is a pre defined code that helps touch-tone callers to navigate faster to the option they want. This feature helps the frequent customer to move ahead skipping the voice prompts when they don’t need them and help them to complete the transactions quickly.
