Dialing Modes:
Power Dialing
SpeechVox dialer sends a screen pop to the agent with customer contact information and simultaneously makes a call to the agent. Upon positive voice, the agent receives the call. If the call goes to an answering machine or is busy etc., the agent screen will show the relevant detail and the next screen is popped to the agent.
Progressive Agent Dialing
Under this mode, SpeechVox dialer makes the call, checks for PVD (positive voice detection) and upon successful PVD; the call is transferred to the agent.
Progressive non-agent
Under this mode, the SpeechVox dialer makes a call, plays a standard message and hangs up. The call could also be given to the IVR for a survey. There is no agent involvement in the "Progressive" non-agent mode.
Preview Dialing
Under this mode, the agent is given an option to choose a contact from a list, which is first popped on the agent's desktop. Once the agent chooses a particular contact, SpeechVox dialer establishes a call and upon successful PVD patched to the agent. Hence calling a customer is purely at agent discretion.
