MobeeBank is first of its kind system supporting various delivery channels like SMS, WAP, GPRS & USSD in one single system.

It is a real time messaging component of MobeeBank. It has both Push and Pull messaging capabilities, on one hand it generates various alerts based on financial transactions taking place in the core system and forwards it to the SMSC to be delivered to end customers. On the other hand, customers can themselves request for certain information through SMS. The sent information is parsed and forwarded to the core system for response. The retrieved response is delivered back to the customers via SMSC.

Push Messaging
There are two types of PUSH Messages which are currently being sent. One is Bulk messaging where a file which contains mobile number and messages is placed in a specific folder. The messaging system picks up messages from file and sends them through the PUSH channel. Second one is real time messaging, where messages generated as a result of back-end transactions in core system are sent through the messaging system to customers. Sample Push Message, Bank has sent the salary notification message to customer. Bulk Messaging can be achieved using system Monitors File, Database and Queues.

Pull Messaging
Pull Messaging requires retrieval of data from back-end system for the mobile interactive requests from customers. Messages received from SMS messaging system are sent to the core system middle ware which returns the message to be sent to customer in response to his enquiry.
